About BuildUSA:

“Change is Everywhere”. All areas of society are facing the challenge of deciding what current and historical processes should stay and what new innovations should be adopted. It obviously has created enormous stresses in all areas of our society, and Healthcare and Building are no exception. In order to create successful innovation into the building sector, many business services and specialties need to be addressed concurrently:

1. Building Material Development

2. Manufacturing & Construction Assembly Modules

3. Technology

4. Legal, Financial & Insurance relationships

BuildUSA was developed to define a clear vision of Building’s future. In short, its mission is to create;

“Higher Quality, Higher Performance Buildings, delivered to market in a shorter period of time and at a lower cost.”

About BuildUSA Partnerships

The building industry has resisted many forms of innovation that for decades have been successfully embraced by multiple industries such as aviation, electronics, and manufacturing. In the next decade, as mentioned in the  “Future of Collaboration”,  BuildUSA believes that two business models will successfully bring true innovation to building and differentiate themselves:

  1. Internally Integrated Business Conglomerate (IIBC):
  2. Collaboratively Integrated Partner Organization (CIPO):

CIPO’s in some ways will mirror the evolution of the healthcare hospital, which developed by combining various resources – technologies, processes, medical services, and business administration – to support the comprehensive healthcare needs of a patient population within a specified demographic region. The hospital evolved to fill this need because no single physician practice or group of practices were capable of developing an integrated health delivery system.

Teams with substantial reach, resources, and diversity of skill sets will be better positioned to capitalize on the future consulting engagements, projects, and investment opportunities. In the coming years, there will be a period of big winners and big losers. The winners will be businesses who invest now to be properly positioned as market conditions evolve. It is with these market shifts in mind that BuildUSA was created. BuildUSA aspires to be to future CIPO groups what the CDC and NIH and public health providers should be to the private healthcare system: a guide, mentor, innovator, trusted keeper of data, and partner in innovation.

BuildUSA Opportunities

BUSA’s goal is to position itself as a leading building solution provider to the building industry through the development and ongoing support of three key services/product lines.

1. Integrated product development:

The introduction of new building materials and the off-site combination of multiple building elements into  Construction Assembly Modules (CAMs). BuildUSA has identified a series of high value CAMs that will be introduced on the first Optimized Ambulatory Building, but will also be readily applicable to multiple building types within and without the BuildUSA ecosystem.

2. Project collaboration:

BuildUSA has developed “Standards, Templates & Workflows”, known as the “Building CollaborativeEnvironment (BCE), which operates on top of a cloud-based Common Data Environment (CDE) platform to optimize the building process.

3. Optimized buildings:

Starting with the “Optimized Ambulatory Building,” a series of branded, high performance, sustainable optimized building solutions will be developed and offered to the healthcare market.
